A Note from CEO, Kevin Ryan

- King of Prussia, PA - June 19, 2020

It is hard to know what to say and how to express my thoughts at this time. The social injustices we have witnessed has left many of us speechless, myself included. It is especially important at this time that we support each other with intention and compassion to make the world better.

We (and I) abhor racism and rejoice when people are treated equally. It makes our country and our company stronger when we treat everyone equally and fairly. While anyone can say that, we remain dedicated to putting meaningful action and change behind them. In addition to donations made to the NAACP and, Keane is committed to bias-free hiring and upholding our zero-tolerance policy. We will continue to monitor these initiatives to ensure Keane promotes a welcoming work environment for all people. Ensuring equality for the long haul remains a priority throughout all of our business dealings. Also, on this historic day signifying the end of slavery, I would like to ask all of you to reflect upon recent events, the BLM movement, structural racism, and what you and we as a company can do to further peace and equality. To honor this day, Keane will close at 12:30 pm so that we can purposely dedicate time to reflect and ponder recent events.

Please be kind; for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.
