With more than 30 years of experience in unclaimed property and the financial services industry, Mr. Goggin is well adept to address the compliance challenges organizations face. Serving both as the former Director of Audits and the Administrator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mr. Goggin brings to Keane a wealth of expertise in regulatory enforcement and unclaimed property compliance practices.

Prior to joining Keane, Goggin served as the Senior Auditing Consultant for a leading third-party audit firm. In this role, Goggin worked as a liaison between state clients and the third-party auditor, serving as a resource to the auditors on the issues often encountered during the course of audits. Additionally, Goggin previously served as a senior manager with Deloitte & Touche; leading a multitude of unclaimed property projects across the banking, brokerage, mutual fund, and insurance industries.

Mr. Goggin served two terms as the Eastern Vice President of the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bridgewater State College.
