Valerie M. Jundt Joins Keane to Lead National Consulting & Advisory Group
Last week, we announced that unclaimed property consultant, Valerie M. Jundt, joined our team as the National Managing Director of our National Consulting & Advisory Services group. Valerie will be leading this practice from her office in Bismarck, North Dakota.
We’re thrilled to have Valerie on board as her extensive professional abandoned property experience and reputation in the industry dovetails with our goal of providing a comprehensive suite of unclaimed property compliance services to our clients.
Valerie’s Background & Experience
Valerie is well known in the industry for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to escheatment and unclaimed property compliance. She brings more than 27 years of extensive experience as an unclaimed property consultant and executive.
Her background as a former state unclaimed property administrator and executive director of the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators (NAUPA), coupled with her more than ten years of state escheat consulting experience (she was the national manager of state relations for Deloitte & Touche LLP’s – now Thomson Reuters) is unparalleled.
Throughout the course of her career, Valerie has been instrumental in resolving compliance issues involving state unclaimed property audits, voluntary compliance initiatives, enforcement actions and changes in unclaimed property law. She has also worked to help holders of unclaimed property identify and implement proactive strategies and best practices relating to unclaimed property reporting policies and procedures.
Help Us Welcome Valerie To The Team
We hope you’ll join us in welcoming Valerie to our team. The breadth of experience she will bring to our team—as both an expert unclaimed property consultant and former executive—is just one of the many reasons Keane will continue to be the premier provider of unclaimed property and escheatment services in the country.
